The finance department at this dealer has no idea what they are doing. They don't work a deal in full so once they get a preliminary approval from a bank, they send the customer home with their "new car" just to find out that a day or two later, the bank has denied them for not having the full information they need on that customer or that they don't have enough money down. So after you take your "new car" home to show your friends and family, you have to bring it back! How embarrassing!!

Had the worse experience of my life here. The sales team is ridiculous to work with. And on the plus side went to leave the parking lot anf they have so many cars parked by the road you cant see oncoming traffic. New management needs to improve alot here
If you are like me and have done your research on what you want make sure to ask for Garrett. He made the whole experience hassle free and catered to what I wanted instead of trying to push me into cars that I knew I couldn't afford. Overall I had a good experience and the prices on the lot were reasonable and got a great deal on my trade in. Would recommend.
