Usually go there twice a week concindering I am a natchez ms resident, I have never had to experience taking anything back if something was wrong I usually just kept it anyways .. yesterday as I was in a hurry for work I grabbed 3 shirts an a pair of short ..noticed after I had left 2 of them had big torn holes in them but didn't have the time to go back so after work today I go to take them back all 4 women employees where extremely rude about the holes as if I put them there !!! Even with me showing a bank statement they would not help me replace the shirts with decent ones at first accused that I had been had them then showed my bank statement an was still very rude saying they didn't sell with holes in them an told me she would re play cameras but did not !! I go there twice a week an never have Givin them a reason to treat me in a rude manner I will not be returning to this store !!!
Love this store! The clerks are so nice! The store is always clean.
The ladies in here are so sweet. The store it self could be bigger then it wouldn't be so cluttered

I like shopping @ all Citi Trends but I never came back to this one!! I stopped by while working in Natchez & bought my daughter some jeans!! Well ONE PAIR didn't fit and all I wanted to do was get a bigger size!! The cashier asked the manager & her old mean @$$ came with straight AT telling me no returns on sale items even if I did have my receipt and no exchanging period.. Its in the policy and walked off!! For a minute I thought I was in Dirt Cheap not being able to return a pair pants!! SAD!!
