I’m going to be honest about my experience at this place - mediocre. This GameStop is a special one to me, all of the staff actually know what they’re talking about and I like that; I love talking about video games and other technology because I’ve grown up around technology. The staff there are amazing and fun to talk to, their return policy is phenomenal and I love how they’re handling that. But with like every store, there are pros, and then there are cons. First off, when you’re purchasing or selling something, the checkout speed is atrocious; don’t get me started on how awful the amount of money or in-store credit you back for a game, accessories, Video game consoles, etcetera are. I sold a barely used copy of Call Of Duty: World War 2 which just released a few days after the launch of the game; I got $27.50 in cash and about $17 in cash I believe. For a brand new Triple A title, that’s terrible. I’m still waiting on my copy of a Naruto game that I asked for back in 2016 to come in. No matter what happens, we’re all going to still visit GameStop again, and again, and again. I’m starting to get in to digital buying, but I still occasionally visit GameStop to pick up a new game because it’s fun looking at what’s new in stock. Nevertheless, I give this store a 7.5/10.
The staff seems to be very knowledgeable about the products they offer and details about most of the games. I have had a few used products not function properly but their return policy on every item is great.
Love the Gamestop in Natchez! It's small, but the staff is great and they love talking games and gaming with you.
