So me and my husband came in yesterday about 5:45 and young girl greeted us but I went to look at jelly and I asked her where they are made and quote wat she said was " NOT IN NATVHEZ BUT TTY OUR PECAN PEPPER JELLY" LILE WHAT THE HELL SO after that I asked to speak with her manager and she said she was the manager but her boss was outside well she was just so rude and unfriendly I told my husband to leave I WILL NEVER COME BACK ..... THAT LITTLE GIRL SHOULD BE FIRED SO RUBE UNFRIENDLY AND DEFENSIVE...... GUARD DOG.....WOOF WOOF... U GOT US

There was a lady therre who could not speak English good and there was a little girl named breanna on her badge who was very nice and hospitable but the one could not speak English she was telling us about t-shirts and she politely turned to her and told her to wait and she came back 8 more times afterwards and she was trying to help us find shirts for our children and then she politely turned to us and said " excuse me I'll be right back and I couldn't believe that that lady was so rude so I left but I came back on Saturday and breanna was there again and she gave us another nice very friendly tour of the store but when we came to candy another little girl was there and she tried to pressure me into buying stuff I just did not want so at the end of the day only one person was there to help

I was in the store and the little girl was on the the side with the jelly and all I asked was where we they made and she went all defensively and I got pissed and left.... like who get defensive to top it off my husband came back latter that day she was telling him a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo about they been doing jelly for 15 years and come off the same line as Tabasco yatta yatta yatta..... Currently the rating is 2.9. I would not recommend this place at all. Got chocolates from behind the counter. As the girl was getting the chocolates she was getting them without gloves then one fell on the floor and they still gave it to me. It was less than a second on the floor however, thank goodness I looked at it before I left because there was hair (or carpet, I just know that it was not supposed to be there) on it. Then as I was leaving I was being followed out the store...to make sure I do not steal anything sadly the person who followed me was a young African American female as well (the only one there). Please do not come here...like who still follows people out the store. I said to myself I was going to come back and get a shirt before I even paid for my purchase I'm glad I didn't get everything at once. Apparently this is not the place to be since it has bad ratings.

In response to the owner's comment: Your lead gave the "ok" on still choosing to serve me those dropped chocolates. (WHY DID I HAVE TO ASK FOR ANOTHER ONE?) If they never did I surely would not have given a bad review even if you did follow me out the store. Furthermore, if accidentally knocking something over without breaking it and putting it back in its proper place is what you call causing a scene I will gladly return and knock some more of your stuff down and show you what a real scene is! Give you some real work to do in that overpacked cramped store!

While the owner was super nice and solicitous, I specifically asked about an item that was displayed outside. I asked if he had the same item at the same price in the store. We shopped for other items for souvenirs, even saying we would be back.

It wasn't worth so much haggling over $20 at the end of a long hot day. But you got us!!!

In the parking lot, my husband questioned why our bill was double what it should have been. The item we purchased had no price tag. The young sales girl gave some mumbo jumbo about the item. The owner held the receipt over the counter with the debit card covering the amount. My husband was a little suspicious but signed anyway.
