OUTRAGEOUSLY BAD. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. i ordered a plant stand, i mis-measured and wanted to return it. They will not tell me where to send the return to. I have called consistently for two days and no one answers. i sent an email and got a response a day later saying there is 30% restocking fee and still not giving me the address where to send!!! Its absolutely crazy!!!! Bad, HORRIBLE, how is this place still in business????
BAD BUSINESS. I bought a frame, box-spring and queen mattress that turned out not to be flippable, they should have made that clear. It sagged in the middle in less than 30 days. When I complained they sent their delivery guys to 'measure' the sag which they did from side to side instead of head to toe, which reduced the measurement. I was told the store management would make a decision on the sag measurement but I never even received a follow-up call from them. They decided the sag was not bad enough to be an issue. I have replaced the bad mattress with one from a different dealer. I would never buy anything again from this store.
Horrible, horrible, horrible! This company is a scam! Do not order ANYTHING from this place! Been waiting for my glass dining table for months (ordered in Jan) and finally got to delivery day. Just the legs showed up. Seriously, what a f***ing joke!
