Matt Perkins is a very knowledgeable and friendly owner/operator of the bike shop tucked in this Western Auto store.
They don't greet you when you come in. More of a self service type of place
Called to ask about a lawnmower that was being worked on. The man that answered the phone was downright rude and asked " what about it?" Then proceeded to tell me there were about 20 mowers ahead of ours and they'd call us next week! I told me we were told otherwise when it was dropped off since we only wanted to find out what was wrong not get it fixed . He said "oh well"
Highly recommend Matt for all your bicycle needs. Two thumbs up!
John was very nice and helpful! He made the environment pleasant! The store was nicely set up and clean! A nice place to shop!
He helped us with some minor repairs, helped us get our accommodations and to good food quickly when we were tired, hungry and hot from completing The Natchez Trace.
