Timothy showed up about a half an hour for my hearing in a wrinkled suit with one of his kids with him. He pressured me to accommodate all if opposing counsel demands. I wanted to run to my car and cry I private on my way home but he asked me to wait for him to speak to the judge. They came out laughing a few minutes later and Timothy had completely forgotten I was waiting for him. I'd sat there waiting with my hopes up as if there was some good reason for the delay. He seems shocked as I begin crying over the awful outcome and says not to worry because when my child turns 18 we can spend all the time we want together. I think I made out worse than I would have without any lawyer at all and highly recommend finding your family law attorney elsewhere. No evidence was presented on my behalf nor were any of my wishes advocated for; he even joked with loosing counsel he was getting everything he wanted right in front of me. I was so disappointed and downright EMBARASSED in the representation Tim provided. My ex and in-laws actually laughed at us on the way out. An injury I enjoyed after being asked to wait for him then forgotten about as he joked with the judge in his chambers;when; I actually could have avoided that by being the first out of the courtroom. This was a horrible experience I lose sleep and peace over to this day.
