they never answer the phone they never call you back and when u come in they say they were busy and no one is in front of them the voicemail states do not leave a message this is senseless and poor service my cousin was trying to get her tag and couldn't get the price over the phone she called for 1 week and left a message that she was told not to leave and still no call backs this is poor service .. but this is also who we vote for just saying
When I came it was 4:25. I was in line for 10 minutes. I watched 3 clerks wait on two people. One person was waiting on Peter Burns but he was on the phone. Yet the clerk let the person hold up a spot where someone could be getting waited on. The other person did not have what she needed I guess because the other two clerks were searching for something for her. While 3 of us were waiting. Then this lady yells down 3 Windows and say if you're here for a new vehicle WE DON'T HAVE TIME, Come back tomorrow. It takes an hour to do a new vehicle. All they did was complain about how their new system was so confusing and hard to each other right in front of us. Then when the lady attempted to try to enter my new tag for me all they KEPT saying was the system was going to shut down. The whole time the lady that said come back was standing there saying it's not going to go through. Then she said there goes mine, as she waits on the clerk in front of me computer to go down. I was so upset because they did not inform no one via emai, mail, or internet page to be there an hour early if you need a new tag. Then they have the worst attitudes like we supposed to be mind readers. All I could do was pray silently... and the NEW tag was purchased thank God. Because they also told me it was nothing they could give me in case I was stopped. I took off from work to get there at the time I did and I explained that but they did not care. They said you could've sent someone. Well that's new to me. You never could before. Horrible customer service and yes like the other reviews the phone just rings.
