They need better Service. Especially the managers they are not good at servicing they are to young to be running and managing Dominos.
Always super fast and super friendly. I've ordered from them tons of times and never had a single bad experience.
Literally I had to wait for three times so I call and order, then one of the workers picked up the phone and ask for my order. I had said I wanted a thin pepperoni pizza, then they had the audacity to hang up on my face. Can you believe it? Needs better customer service and show some respect...sheesh!
I like dominoes new crust. It has a bit of garlic in it, so if that's not your thing you may not like it. It's worth it to order online as the website gives you up to date status of your order including when it went in the oven and when it's ready. There is also a handy drive through which speeds everything up. I definitely recommend ordering ahead. If you call the local number they generally give you a code for their daily deal which can be applied online. For me dominoes had come a long way in improving their pizza and I for one like what they've done. I don't care for the pasta bowls, however. A bit on the small side and sometimes dry.
Our Pizza was great and only took 30 mins, great delivery guy brought it all the way to my hotel room.
