Seats are terrible very uncomfortable. Not many movies play here plus they charge to much and AC doesn't work most of the time. It's either to hot or to cold.

I have a hard time thinking of a worse way to experience a film. Make the drive to McComb, Jackson, Baton Rouge, etc, stay far away from this theater.

The movie selection is quite frankly pathetic, catering only to blockbuster popcorn flicks and children's movies, while other highly sought after large-scale films don't even get so much as a narrow release window. Just recently I was interested in seeing "The Disaster Artist", a James Franco film with a wide-scale release. Nope, how about "Justice League" or "Daddy's Home 2"?

Manager was a jerk to my 16 and 15 year kids. A 17 year old can buy a ticket for a rated R movie and can go see it without an adult over 21. But I buy 2 tickets for my kids to see the same movie and the manager flips out and yells at my kids, saying that they need a 21 year old with them to watch the movie. He didn't have to scream at my kids to state the policy. He is a rude and sarcastic ass!

An antiquated building in desperate need of renovation. Incompetent projectionists frequently lead to movies being too dark to see, cropped incorrectly, or sounding wrong. The manager is extremely rude and walks around with a chip on his shoulder, insulting movie-goers at every turn. Regal simply DOESN'T CARE. Every complaint about the extremely rude manager is met with a copy paste reply and a shrug, as far as I'm aware, he's still there.

The ladies restroom was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The seats weren't as comfortable as I thought they would be but my overall experience was nice.

I have a few issues with this theatre . First the place is old and hasn't been updated in years it seems , yet they are the highest priced theatre i have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and helpful usually . The manager has a bit of an attitude . When asked why new releases with major stars weren't being shown here he told me that movie got horrible ratings and they wouldn't be showing it here. So im mentioned that they are the only theatre for an hour or more in any direction . He said yes i know . It would be nice since you have the entire market in this area if you catered to your entire clientele instead of only trying to satisfy one or 2 particular target groups .
