Representative very professional and helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable but they are only open for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening.
Either you ARE or you ARE NOT open on Saturday!!! You can't have it both ways because you have a interchangeable sign on the building that says you are closed on Saturday because you decided not to open Friday afternoon and then drop in the sign that says you're open on Saturday from 9-5 when you decide to open the next Friday. So do your customers a solid and 1) stick with a open/closed policy on Saturdays and 2) notify your customer service call center of the change and 3) approve the edit on Google and other websites that STILL show your Saturday hours to be 9am - 5pm.
When people are inside and available to get a package you have held for pickup but have to wait cause you didn't come during their fictitious customer service hours. Must be nice to be lazy and still get paid..............
They are only open at certain times but the employees are great and can assist with any questions about shipping.
