Gene's Tire is where I take my cars. They are extremely honest, and work hard to make sure every customer is satisfied. William took the time to discuss my driving locations, and find out my needs prior to recommending a particular tire. Most places are not like this. I highly recommend this place.
Worse mistake a ever made! Went for an alignment and was told I needed two tires so I decided to go somewhere else an purchase two tires (the prices of tires there were ridiculously high) before I leave they say I owe a 40 buck rack fee, the lady goes on to say it would be deducted from the cost when I come back for an alignment. I come back for the alignment and show the same lady the receipt from the rack fee an now she acts like she has amnesia an doesn't remember what is going on. She goes on to say she meant the 40 bucks would be deducted if I needed alignment parts, it just didn't make sense! What parts do you need for a simple alignment, I had all of the suspension parts replaced thus the need for an alignment. Just not a good place to do business. I'll stick with firestone!
