I bought a set of tires that had to be ordered due to having a unique tire size in the rear. I purchased the tires and then went to have them put on and they said that their equipment is not meant to handle such wide wheels (10" wide wheel) and that it could damage the rim. This is something they should have known from the beginning since they knew the tire size. Anyway, I decided it wasn't worth ruining my wheels.
Long story short, the following week I hydroplaned on my old tires and totaled my car (and a semi-truck!). Then when I went to see if they could at least buy back the tires. They said they don't buy any tires... Needless to say, I never want to deal with these guys again.
I bought 4 tires for my 4wd at mike's tires. After about 20 K miles my truck started pulling to the left (had them rotated every 5000 miles) I went back to mike's and they rotated my tires at least 4 times trying their best to get it straightened out. After that failed. I was given a front end alignment that did no good and I didn't need. $138. They now tell me I need 4 tires. The tread on my tires was measured and were shown to have only 1/3 of the tread worn. The tire manufacturer warranty only covers 1/4 of the wear. (ridiculous warranty). They tell me they will sell me 4 more of the same tires at their cost. With only 1/3 tread wear on my tires. I feel like they should do a lot more to help cover these expensive tires. Plus, I don't won't anymore of the same tires that let me down. These tires are $250 apiece.
