I placed an order online and received a phone call shortly thereafter. I don't remember the name of the person who helped me, but she was very cordial, professional, and helpful. She even sent a picture of the flower arrangement to make sure I was satisfied before the delivery was made.

Called in to get a delivery out to my girlfriend and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude right out of the gate. The rudeness continued as I asked questions until I get tire of and I told the woman I'd go somewhere else that was more interested in making a sale and she simply said, "well whatever, thanks" and hung up.

I received flowers from this business from a family member. They were white flowers (lilies, roses, and daisies) all of which had been sprayed orange with flower coloring spray. Half the joy of receiving fresh flowers is the smell and these smelled like chemicals from the floral spray they used. I would never order from this business again.
