It took 45 minutes to get some shrimp, an when the order finally came out it was only 6 shrimp on the plate, smh. I questioned the server she said that I should have only been 6 later she came back with the other 4 said they made a mistake an put my shrimp on someone else plate.
The waitress was wonderful
When it comes to quality meals the time in preparing it is never a problem when it's delicious & the hospitality is adorable.
Omg the food was horrible.
My husband and I just visited your restaurant in Natchez. We were seated quickly but I guess they forgot about us because no one ever came to take our order. The restaurant wasn't busy. Only a few customers. We waited over 10 minutes with employees walking by us without saying a word. We were very disappointed so we left.
Me and my sister were sat very quickly, but we're not talked to until a host noticed we had been sitting a while. Food came out pretty fast, I could tell it was this poor server was new, but the reason for this is the manager, she was so rude to my sister talking very rudely about us right behind us very loudly. I'm a server in a Resturant and in this industry you need to think of a customer as a guest in your own home and she needs to find a new job. But he did a great job in the situation.
I will ever eat there again
The manager was very nice and had the kitchen to redo our food.
