Awful service - the bartender was the only person in the dining room- which was messy and had non bussed tables. She was rude and gave my husband and I attitude at our requests when she took our order. Other customers looked unhappy at the wait for their meals and check - bathroom toilet was clogged. I have worked as a waitress for many years I was absolutely appalled at her behavior and demeanor. We left immediately after she brought out the appetizer - we didn't even touch it. She did not make eye contact and she was walking away while taking our order. I observed the same distasteful treatment to other guests as they entered. Working a dining room floor by myself - yes that comes with its challenges you have to be able to multitask and work quickly while still adding quality to your guests experience. She was underwhelmed, slow and I would not consider her an asset to the business. A nice personality goes a long way if there is a wait or your understaffed. Unfortunately due to the lack of basic human pleasantries and social norms of the waitress on staff we did not stay to try the food.
Very delicious, fresh tasting thai and Vietnamese offerings. Service was outstanding. Our waitress was Rachel she's a wonderful hostess/waitress. Very professional and knowledgeable about the food and the area. Ambiance was very nice and cozy. I will return and make my way through the extensive menu.
The owner made a fake Facebook and used explicit slurs. The harassment went on for several days with 2 more vulgar comments. My husband made a phone call to the owner who immediately revealed her personal offense to my review --No apologies where ever extended.
Good food and service...massaman curry is Awesome
Great food, great service! Abby was our server, she was the only waitress in there for lunch and even though she was busy, she made sure our food was good and our glasses were full! Best place for sushi in Natchez!
I have only been here once so far so may have to change the review after further visits, but last night I had a wonderful meal here. I went simple with just the spicy beef salad and chicken satay, but it was possible the best spicy beef salad I have ever had. The chili lime sauce was perfect and just about the perfect amount of spice, I would not have complained if it was a bit hotter, but I am somewhat of a masochist in that regard. The chicken satay was very good as well. It was cooked perfectly and had a nice flavor. A bit more curry would have given it more flavor, but the peanut sauce made up for it.
The service was excellent, but I was the only customer there at the time just before closing.
